Manage Clients
Under "Clients", you manage all schools, kindergartens, sports clubs, or organizations where you photograph. A client is required to create an event or photography order.
Clients Overview
The overview page lists all saved clients with their address and contact details.

View & Actions
- •Client: Name of the institution or organization.
- •Address: Street, ZIP code, city, state, and country.
- •Contact: Contact person, email, and phone number of the client.
- •Actions: Using the pencil icon Edit you can update the data.
Add New Client
Click at the top right on "+ Add Client" to create a new client. The form is divided into three logical sections.

1. General Information
The official Name of the client (e.g. school, kindergarten, club, or company). This is a required field (*) and will be shown in the dropdown during event creation.
2. Address
The exact address of the client. Required fields are: Street and house number, ZIP Code, City and State. Additionally, you can provide the country and an optional address line 2.
3. Contact Person (Optional)
Record your direct contact person on site: First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone. Very helpful for direct communication.
Define Photo Packages
Once your clients and events are created, you can now define packages that you want to offer to the parents for purchase.
