Create your free Pixalo account and sign in. Get your photography business online in minutes.
Create Account
Go to pixalo.de/register and fill out the registration form.
Fields in the registration form:
Photography Business Name
The name of your photography studio (e.g. "Schmidt Photography"). Will be displayed in your shop.
Your Studio URL
Your unique subdomain (e.g. schmidt-foto.pixalo.de). Cannot be changed later.
Email Address
Your business email. Used for login and notifications.
Password
Choose a secure password. At least 8 characters recommended.
Terms of Service
Before registering, you must accept the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) according to Art. 28 GDPR. These are linked directly on the registration page.
After Registration
After clicking "Start for free", you will be redirected to email confirmation.
Confirm Email
After registration, you will receive an email with a 6-digit confirmation code. Enter this code on the confirmation page to activate your account.

Check your email inbox — you will receive an email from [email protected].
Copy the 6-digit code from the email.
Enter the code in the 6 input fields on the confirmation page.
Click on "Confirm & Start" — you will be redirected to the dashboard.
Code not received?
Check your spam folder. You can also click "Didn't receive code? Send again" to request a new code. The code is valid for 15 minutes.
Log In
Go to pixalo.de/login and log in with your credentials.
How to log in:
Enter your email address that you registered with.
Enter your password. You can show the password using the eye icon.
Optional: Activate "Stay logged in" to avoid having to log in again on every visit.
Click "Log In" to proceed to the dashboard.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it easily. Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page.
How to reset your password:
- Enter your registered email address.
- Click "Send Link".
- Check your email inbox (including the spam folder).
- Click the link in the email and set a new password.
Important Notice
For security reasons, the reset link is only valid for a limited time. If the link has expired, simply request a new one.
