Manage Products

Here you manage your entire product catalog. You can create digital downloads, print products (prints), or physical merchandise items (like mugs or hoodies) and configure them with different variants.

Product Overview

The overview page lists all of your configured products.

Table View Details

  • • Product: Thumbnail and name.
  • • Type: Designation whether it is a print, physical product, or download.
  • • Variants: Number of options available (e.g. sizes S, M, L).
  • • Price Range: Shows the starting price of the product.
  • • Actions: Edit product (pencil icon) or delete (trash can).

Create New Product

Click "+ New Product" at the top right of the overview. Select a product type to view the corresponding settings and dynamic tips.

1. Digital Image File (Download)

Customers purchase a high-resolution image file for download. Once this type is selected, an info box is shown detailing the exact workflow for online and manual payments. By default, a standard variant is created, for which you can simply set the desired selling price:

2. Photo Print (Print)

Photo prints are printed paper images. The system shows a warning notice to clarify that no downloads are provided for this product type.

To offer multiple print sizes, simply click the "Load Photo Print Preset" button (under Attributes & Presets). The system then adds the appropriate attributes. Next, click "Generate combinations" to create the different options (10x15, 13x18, 15x20 etc.) in the table and enter your selling prices:

3. Photo Gifts (Physical Products)

Select "Photo Gifts" for mugs, T-shirts, or other merchandise items. This loads a mockup editor panel where you can select templates (e.g. mug, cup, textiles) or upload your own templates.

Select a template from the gallery (right column) and choose a matching preset such as "Load Mug Preset". Click "Generate combinations" to fill the price table. In the mockup editor (left column) you see the dotted print area, which you can position precisely in centimeters so that the student photo is rendered perfectly on the product in the shop:

Basic Details & Variants

  • Product Name*: Name of the product in the shop (e.g. "Portrait Print Silk Matt").
  • Variants: You can define attributes (e.g. sizes) and automatically generate all price combinations from them.

Automated Price Tags (SVGs)

For photo prints and digital downloads, the system automatically generates appealing, programmatically controlled preview images with size and type markings (e.g., download arrow or photo icon).

Mockup Editor & Templates

Upload a preview under Product Image or select a template from the gallery.

Use the mockup editor to position the print area precisely in centimeters. You can set scaling, rotation, and 3D perspective so that the student's photo is displayed photorealistically on the item in the shop.

Manage Orders

After selling your products and packages, you can manage all purchases in the order overview.
