App Installation & Login
The Pixalo photographer app is your digital assistant on set. It replaces annoying paper shot lists and error-prone QR cards. The app logs exactly when each student was photographed and seamlessly synchronizes this data with the Pixalo cloud.
First Steps
1. Download App
Download the Pixalo app for free from the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). Alternatively, you can preinstall the app on your company tablets using MDM (Mobile Device Management).
2. Log In
Open the app and log in with your normal photographer credentials that you also use for the web dashboard. After a successful login, the app automatically establishes a secure connection and downloads your current events and student lists.
Tip for Offline Shoots
Log in while you still have Wi-Fi or a stable mobile network. The app will then download all student lists. You can then conduct the shoot completely offline and synchronize the data with the cloud in the studio in the evening!
Logged in and ready?
Once you have opened the app, you can start your first live session on set.
